Thank you to everyone who showed up tonight and spent their valuable time talking with me and then buying my books. Seeing your faces light up as I autograph your copy and watching the way you protect your book as you leave the store puts a grin on my face.
I thought I wanted to write so I could say I was a writer. Now I understand that I want to write so I can see the smiles.
