Book Review: The Age of Zeus

Book Review: The Age of Zeus by James Lovegrove

After reading Age of Heroes, I was really hoping for more of the same caliber of writing and story. I was let down. The book was simply awesome until the reveal at the half-way mark. I almost put the book down. The only reason I didn’t was because I had to make sure Lovegrove wasn’t setting me up for another reveal.

Nope.

I should have put it down.

Ratings: (poor, average, or good):

Writing was good.

Background information was good.

Character Development was poor.

Spoiler:

For some reason, I had a HARD time believing that a man was genius enough to create Greek Gods using genetics and hypnotherapy. I simply couldn’t get past that.

3 out of 5 stars.
